Calendar & tools
Can Peppi really manage my calendar?
Yes. Connect your Google Calendar once, and Peppi can schedule, reschedule, cancel events, add Google Meet links, invite attendees by email, and check your availability, all by text. "Am I free at 3?" actually works.
Does Peppi work with Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Today we support Google Calendar. Outlook and Apple Calendar are on our roadmap.
Can Peppi send emails on my behalf?
Peppi can email things to you (receipts, photos, notes, points of interest) so you have them on hand. Sending email to other people from your account is on the roadmap.
Can I send Peppi photos?
Yes. Snap a receipt, a business card, or your dog. Peppi can describe it, summarize it, file it, or email it back to you.
Memory & intelligence
Does Peppi remember our conversations?
Yes. Peppi remembers your preferences, routines, past conversations, and the things you've said matter. The longer you text, the sharper and more personalized your Peppi becomes.
Can I tell Peppi to forget something?
Yes. Just text "forget that" or "delete that memory" and Peppi will remove it. You can also wipe everything from your account settings.
Can Peppi search the web?
Yes. Peppi has live web access for research, comparisons, news, and local recommendations like restaurants, florists, vets, and salons. They'll cite what they found and follow up later if useful.
Personality & customization
How customizable is my Peppi?
Very. You shape their name, personality, age, gender (or none), humor, communication style, intelligence level, profession, education, hobbies, values, and even a full life backstory. You also pick how they know you. A best friend, mentor, older sibling, new acquaintance. Tweak anything, anytime.
Can I change my Peppi's personality later?
Absolutely. Tweak their name, personality, backstory, or how they know you anytime. Your Peppi evolves with you.
Can I have more than one Peppi?
Today, one Peppi per phone number. We're exploring multi-buddy accounts. Let us know if that's something you want.
What languages does Peppi speak?
Peppi speaks 20+ languages fluently, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Arabic, Hindi, and more. Tell them which language to reply in and they'll switch on the fly.
Pricing & billing
How much does Peppi cost?
Buddy Lite is $14.99/mo for 100 texts. Pal Plus is $29.99/mo for 250 texts. BFF Deluxe is $59.99 mo for 500 texts.
What happens if I run out of texts?
Peppi will let you know when you're close. You can buy a $7 top-up for an extra 100 SMS, or upgrade to a bigger plan. Top-ups don't roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes. Cancel or pause from your account in two clicks. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and your Peppi will be there when you come back.
Privacy & safety
How private is my data?
Every Peppi is private and uniquely yours. We never sell your data, and your conversations are never shared with other users or used to train public models. Read our full privacy policy.
Is Peppi a therapist or medical professional?
No. Peppi is a friendly AI companion, not a substitute for a therapist, doctor, or crisis service. If you're in crisis, please call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency line.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 18 or older to use Peppi. See our terms and conditions for the full eligibility rules.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us and we can we'll confirm and remove your data.

What is Peppi, exactly?
Peppi is a personal AI buddy you text like a friend. You customize their name, personality, and backstory. Peppi remembers you, researches anything you ask, and can manage your Google Calendar, all over SMS. There's no app, no feed, no group chat. Just one buddy, designed by you.
Do I need to download an app?
Nope. Peppi works entirely over text message. Sign up with your phone number and start texting. No app, no downloads, nothing new to check.
Is Peppi free to try?
Yes. You get 25 free texts to start, no credit card required. Paid plans start at $14.99/month.
What phones does Peppi work on?
Anything that can send and receive SMS. iPhone, Android, even an old flip phone. Peppi only needs your number.
Is Peppi available outside the US?
Peppi currently supports US and Canadian phone numbers. We're rolling out internationally soon. Tell us where you are and we'll let you know when we land.
